Poha dosa recipe is an andhra speciality is also known as atukula dosa.
Rice 1 cup
Flattened rice ½ cup
Puffed rice ½ cup
Green chillies 2-3 nos
Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Onion(chopped) 1 nos
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbs
1. Soak rice for 2-3 hr to it add flattened rice, puffed rice, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, salt and transfer into blender to make smooth fine dosa batter.
2. Heat dosa pan and pour one ladleful batter and spread dosa and sprinkle onions, coriander leaves, and cook it with little oil.
3. Transfer into serving plate.
4. Now slightly crispy and soft poha dosa is ready to serve.
